Telgte, 7 December – Takko Fashion, a leading European smart fashion discounter, announced an updated timetable for the release of its third quarter financial results and participation of investors in the quarterly update call.

• A quarterly presentation will be published on December 14, 2020 on the usual investor website.

• In order to enable consideration of investor queries, we request submission of any questions latest by noon on December 15, 2020. Queries should

be submitted to investor.relations@takko.de.

• The full quarterly report will be released in the morning of December 16, 2020.

• We will hold our investor call on December 16, 2020 at 4 pm CET. Dial in details will follow in a separate invitation.
