Given the exceptional circumstances for the past months with regards to the Covid-19 outbreak, Maxeda DIY Holding B.V. (“the issuer”), the holding company of leading Benelux DIY retailer Maxeda DIY (“the company”), hereby announces to release its final and audited financial results for the Q4/FY ended 02 February 2020 (“Q4/FY 2019 Report”) and its interim unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 03 May 2020 (“Q1 2020 Report”). 

1. The Q4/FY 2019 and Q1 2020 Reports will be published on the Investor Website on Thursday 04 June 2020 at 09:00 CEST / 08:00 GMT+1. 

2. The conference call to discuss the Q4/FY 2019 and Q1 2020 Reports will take place on Thursday 04 June 2020 at 16:00 CEST / 15:00 GMT+1. Should you wish to participate, please register via below link. You will then receive the conference PIN and your user PIN.
