Atos, comment

Atos have updated the market, stating they have obtained the additional two-month extension to the accelerated safeguard proceedings.  This is in line with previous guidance. Atos have reconfirmed the previous calendar milestones, namely voting to end on September 27th and the hearing before the specialised Commercial court for approval of the plan is still expected to be on October 15th.  

The company did not provide any financial update as part of this brief announcement.
