Atos - comment

If there was any hope that Airbus might reconsider and return to the negotiating table, it would be appear extinguished with the announcement that Airbus have entered into an agreement to acquire INFODAS, a German company that provides cybersecurity and IT solutions in the public sector including defence and critical infrastructure.  The transaction is expected to be finalised by the end of 2024.  INFODAS is a relatively small Company, with 250 employees and annual revenue of c. €50m.
