The appointment of Rothschild as an advisor for Boparan’s upcoming refinance initially struck us as odd. However, Rothschild worked with Boparan on capital-raising options ahead of its last refinance. Goldman and Barclays were the book-runners on the 2020 issue, and we would expect a similar process this time.
