- It should be a good morning for investors.- Also attached is the presentation from LetterOne - and response from Dia Board - expect Dia to mount a defence this morning. EBITDA guidance was 350-400m, which was reiterated - We are expecting this at the top end of the range - 385m.  Focus will be on working capital and any movement in trade creditors terms.  And how this cash outflow from Working Capital has impacted on leverage multiple.  They have a waiver for covenant but interesting to see if they would have met the 3.5x maintenance covenant.
