Clariane - comment

Clariane has extended the maturities of its loan facilities to May 2029.  The headline also states the overall size is reduced, which aligns with its disposal plans.  In addition, Clariane has secured a further €150m real estate facility, maturing in May 2029. The precondition for these extensions is that the RCF is fully repaid and the interim bond is refinanced on similar terms.
