After the confirmation of its Ch11 proceedings in Texas, Intrum have now also received approval from the Stockholm district court. Given the complexity of the restructuring, the technicalities are more than just a formality - even if already priced in. From here on, however, we see the hurdles getting lower even as the Swedish process should take a lot longer than the Texan.
