Intrum - comment

Intrum seem to have sent out a final threat to their holdout creditors this morning with a consent solicitation for their Swedish MTNs - deadline November 13th. We note that the company has not yet actually filed the voluntary petition, the point of no return, but intends to do so by mid-November for which the solicitation should be in place. We expect negotiations to close in the final week after the MTM consent.
