Matalan - comment

We have heard and are now reading in the press that GS are about with a proposal to refinance the bonds. The proposal appears to involve an equity-like instrument. We have not seen the details, but the recent drop in the 2LNs will have to do with it. We have recently outlined the constraints of a deal and how we think about it and have made the required changes to the book.
