The senior appointments made at Morrisons show CEO Rami Baitiéh stamping his authority on the business. Revamping the senior team is in sharp contrast to ASDA, which is still trying to find a new CEO. Morrisons is in a better place operationally than ASDA, but with a more challenging balance sheet.
