OHLA - comment

Mohari was always in pole position to buy OHLA’s 50% stake in Canalejas. We see recent arbitration claims from Mohari as part of the price negotiation. As always with OHLA, we await delivery of a sale before getting too excited. 

Success in the Arbitration case regarding Doha Metro is good news for OHLA, although it is unclear when the cash will be paid. The arbitration award is €312m (OHLA has 30% of the JV) and will almost certainly be appealed, but it does mark another step to extracting the company from its long list of litigation.
