RCF lenders ING and HSBC have hired Teneo in addition to Linklaters to deal with the company’s proposals. Meanwhile, over 75% of Bondholders have united behind Moelis to fend off the drop-down. We remain unconvinced that there is any opportunity worth pursuing in the bonds.
