Orpea - comment

Orpea have drawn a further €200m under the new financing agreement.  We are surprised that the Company feels the need to report this as this was expected and outlined as part of the announcement earlier this year.  There is a further €100m availability, which can be drawn from September and an additional €100m, subject to certain conditions.
