Tele Columbus - comment

Tele Columbus (TC) is struggling to get sufficient creditors on board for its debt rescheduling. We are surprised that bondholders are pushing back, as their position in a German structure is weak. The consent solicitation will stay open until 12 December. We are updating our model and will be in touch with you all in the next day or so.
