Thames Water - comment

This is the crucial week, with the sanction hearing scheduled for today through Wednesday. We are highly confident the A-Plan will sail through, as the judge has already postponed the hearing of the B-Plan until after the Sanction Hearing. There may be a long way back for the Bs, similar to the 29s at Adler, but for now, it seems the court wants to play it safe and make sure there is cash in the kitty before deliberating over whose cash it should have been.
