United Group has improved its already dominant position in Bulgarian media. The antitrust approval for the acquisition of TV and Internet assets leaves it in control of 60% and 40% of the domestic market respectively.  Bulgaria

Represents 22% of Revenue and 28% of EBITDA and is the 2nd largest geographic concentration for United after Greece.
