United Group - comment

The acquisition by United Group of Bulsatcom will not have involved significant cash outlay.  Bulsatcom was purchased by Viva Corporate in September 2022, funded by a €127m loan from United. There may be some additional payment to reward Viva Corporate, but it will not be significant.
